Questions, answered honestly.
What is clarity coaching?
Clarity coaching is not about giving you answers. It's about creating the conditions for you to hear the ones you already have — underneath the noise, the fear, and the conditioning that usually decide first. I work privately, 1:1, with people navigating identity shifts, life transitions and difficult decisions. The work is practical, not theoretical.
Who is clarity coaching for?
For people who are self-aware enough to know something isn't working, but not yet clear enough to know what to do about it. You don't need to be in crisis. You might look successful from the outside and still feel disconnected inside. If you're circling the same questions without landing anywhere, this is for you.
Can coaching help with an identity crisis?
Yes. An identity crisis isn't a malfunction — it's what happens when the version of you that built your current life no longer matches who you're becoming. Coaching won't diagnose or treat it as a clinical condition. What it does is give you the space and the questions to understand what's actually shifted, so you stop reacting to the discomfort and start working with it.
How do I know if I'm going through an identity crisis?
Some signs: you no longer recognize yourself in the life you built. Things that used to motivate you don't anymore. You feel successful on paper and disconnected in practice. You're afraid that changing the one thing you're avoiding is exactly the thing you need to change. None of this means something is wrong with you — it usually means something is ending.
Can coaching help me make a difficult life decision?
Yes — that's a large part of the work. Most difficult decisions aren't hard because you lack information. They're hard because fear, other people's expectations and old conditioning are all speaking in the same voice as your own intuition, and it's genuinely difficult to tell them apart alone. That separation is where coaching helps most.
What is life transition coaching?
It's coaching for the space between who you were and who you're becoming — a career change, the end or evolution of a relationship, a relocation, a reinvention, a spiritual shift, starting over. It's for the in-between, not just the before or after.
Is coaching therapy?
No. Coaching and therapy are different disciplines with different aims. Coaching works with where you are now and where you're trying to go — it doesn't diagnose or treat mental health conditions. If you're dealing with a clinical mental health issue, trauma that needs specialized treatment, or you're in crisis, please work with a licensed therapist or medical professional — either instead of coaching or alongside it. I'll always point you toward the right kind of support if what you bring isn't something coaching is built to hold.
Do you work with people internationally?
Yes. Everything happens online, and I work with people across different countries and cultures, worldwide.
Do you work in Spanish?
Yes. I work in both English and Spanish — you choose whichever feels most like home for this work.
How long is the coaching program?
The 90-Day Clarity Intensive runs for 90 days: 12 private 1:1 sessions of 75 minutes each.
What happens during the 90-day program?
We work in a three-stage rhythm — based on my DAI method (Define, Act, Integrate) — but shaped entirely around your specific transition, not a fixed curriculum. We start by putting words to what's actually happening. We move into concrete action on what we uncover. We close by integrating the change so it holds beyond the sessions themselves.
What is the DAI method?
DAI stands for Define, Act, Integrate. It didn't start as a product — it's the pattern I identified after more than a decade of this work and 500+ people supported, especially through identity crises, life transitions and difficult decisions: first you have to name honestly what's true, then you have to act instead of just thinking about it, then you have to integrate the shift so it becomes part of who you are, not just something you did once. It's the logic behind my work in general — not only the 90-day program, but also my courses and my writing.
How often do we meet?
Sessions are scheduled privately across the 90 days — the exact rhythm is set with you directly, based on what the transition you're navigating actually needs, not a rigid template.
What if I don't know what I want?
That's usually the actual starting point, not a problem to fix before we begin. Most people arrive here without a clear answer. The work is designed to help that answer emerge — not to require that you already have it.
What if I know I need change but I'm afraid to make the decision?
That fear is normal, and it's not a sign you're doing it wrong. Most of this work is learning to tell the difference between fear that's protecting you and fear that's just familiar. You don't need to not be afraid to move forward — you need enough clarity to move forward anyway.
How do I know if coaching is right for me?
If thinking more about it hasn't gotten you anywhere, and you're ready to stop circling — that's usually enough of a sign. Book a free clarity call and we'll figure out together whether this is the right fit, honestly, without pressure either way.
